It is a special dispersant for wet and dry grinding of inorganic powders. It is also suitable for water-soluble pigment systems such as coatings. It is a neutralized low molecular weight sodium polyacrylate dispersant. It has the advantages of lower dispersion viscosity and less dosage. It has special effects on various ultra-fine pigments and fillers, and exhibits relatively stable dispersion to ensure that high powders have relatively low effective dispersion viscosity while giving the final slurry good storage stability.
It can be used for the dispersion of various powders, especially suitable for the grinding and dispersion of inorganic powders. The usage amount is less, and only a small amount can be added to produce a high-concentration, low-viscosity pigment dispersion. The dispersed pigment has lower viscosity and better stability, effectively controlling the back-sticking phenomenon of the slurry. The product has low foaming properties, resulting in very little foaming of the slurry during manufacture and use. It has high dispersion efficiency for mineral pigments, thus reducing the grinding and dispersion time in production.

This product does not need to be diluted, just add the grinding material that needs to be dispersed directly. The recommended dosage of dispersant for wet grinding of inorganic powder (grade 30-90) is 6-10kg/ton. The recommended dosage for dry grinding and dispersion of inorganic powder is 1-2 kg/ton. However, if grinding higher particle size specifications, the addition amount must be increased accordingly. Since this product is anionic, it should not be used with strong cationic chemical additives.
Packed in plastic drum, net weight 250kg. Store in a cool, dry and ventilated place to prevent freezing and exposure. Storage temperature is 4-35 degree .
